1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Skripify.com ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skripify.com website, platform, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skripify.com is an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to assist users in generating, debugging, explaining, and optimizing computer code and scripts. The Service is provided for informational and productivity assistance and is not a replacement for professional software development, security auditing, or critical system implementation.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old (or married) to use the Service in accordance with Indonesian law. Users under 21 and unmarried require consent from a parent/guardian.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal or Harmful Activities: Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities, violence, or discrimination.
• Malicious Code: Generating code intended to create malware, viruses, ransomware, or to conduct hacking, phishing, or spamming.
• Security Violations: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks, or to breach security/authentication measures.
• Reverse Engineering: Deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any of the software comprising the Service.
• Automated Abuse: Using bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service or generate excessive traffic.
• Infringement: Violating the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating your affiliation.
• High-Risk Systems: Generating code for use in life-critical, safety-critical, or other high-risk systems where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage without appropriate professional oversight and validation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skripify.com and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) Your Content; or (d) your use of the Output in a product or system that causes harm.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through deliberation for consensus. If deliberation is unsuccessful within 30 (thirty) days, the dispute shall be settled definitively by the Central Jakarta District Court, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of that court. You waive the right to bring a class action lawsuit.

The collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with Indonesian data protection regulations, including provisions under the Personal Data Protection Law.

12. General Provisions

• Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Skripify.com.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
